HOW IT WORKS
What happens after I place my order?
1. Place your order
Choose your memorial jewellery and place your order through the website.
Add your colour choice to the notes section at checkout, or contact me with your colour request.
Select a free postal pack from the dropdown menu if required. If your order incudes a ring, I'll also include a ring sizer.
2. Send your precious inclusions
Your free postal pack contains everything you need to safely send your loved one's ashes, hair or pet fur to me.
Alternatively, you can follow the instructions below to send your precious inclusions yourself.
3. Safe arrival
As soon as your precious inclusions arrive, you will receive an email confirming they are safely with me.
Please check your spam or junk folder as occasionally emails may end up there.
Your inclusions are carefully labelled with your name and kept safely with your jewellery throughout the process.
4. Your memorial jewellery is made
Your precious inclusions are carefully cast by hand into your chosen jewellery in my Wiltshire workshop.
Each piece is finished by me with care and respect, to the highest standards.
5. Your memorial jewellery comes home
Once complete, your memorial jewellery and any unused inclusions will be carefully packaged and returned to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Your memorial jewellery is now ready to be worn, keeping someone special close.
SENDING YOUR PRECIOUS INCLUSIONS.
After placing your order via the website please post your precious hair/ashes to me here:
Ashley’s Ashes. 63 Studley Rise, Trowbridge, Wiltshire, Ba140pd.
You can use your own small press seal bag or similar if you do not wish to wait for the free postal pack.
Please use first class signed for as a minimum which will need to be weighed and measured at the post office.
Please remember to include your name and return address.
If you are sending ashes I only require a teaspoon amount, this will be enough to make several items if required.
Please don’t send me all of the hair that you have as it is so precious, should it get lost in the post it is irreplaceable.
