While I take great care in crafting your jewellery, I cannot guarantee against stone loss after your piece has been made.

Each item is thoroughly checked prior to collection or delivery to ensure it meets the highest standards.

If a stone is lost, I may be able to assist in arranging a repair. Please note that this service would incur an additional cost, along with any necessary postage fees.
